Data we collect

We may collect names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, property and access information, pool measurements, uploaded photographs, quotation and order records, communications, payment-status information, technical notes and consent preferences. With analytics permission, Google Analytics and Metricool may also process page, device, browser, interaction and network information. Short-lived, pseudonymised technical identifiers are also used to prevent automated or excessive estimate submissions. Please avoid including people in pool photographs where possible.

Why we use it and our legal bases

• To answer enquiries, calculate estimates and take steps requested before a contract.
• To survey, quote, supply, install and support an order under the contract.
• To meet accounting, tax, consumer and other legal obligations.
• To protect the website, prevent misuse and manage legitimate business records.
• To measure website use through Google Analytics and Metricool only where analytics permission has been given.
• To send newsletters and promotions only where consent has been given; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Who receives information

Information is shared only where necessary with service providers such as website hosting, secure file storage, email delivery, professional advisers, payment/accounting services, manufacturers, couriers and installation partners. Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) processes the contact and message details needed to deliver estimate and service emails. Google and Metricool Software, S.L. process the technical information required for optional website analytics after permission is given. A customer is added to the JustPools.es marketing list only where they have separately opted in. Providers must process information under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

International transfers

Some technology or marketing providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, JustPools.es will rely on a lawful transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and record keeping. Customer, contract, invoice and accounting information is retained for the periods required by Spanish law. Marketing details are retained until consent is withdrawn or the contact becomes inactive under the applicable retention review. Uploaded photographs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the quotation, installation and any related guarantee or dispute. Pseudonymised rate-limit records become eligible for deletion after two days and are purged when the estimate service next processes a request.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@justpools.es and include enough information to verify the request. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at www.aepd.es.

Security and required information

Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used to protect information. Fields marked as required are needed to prepare and manage the requested estimate; without them, JustPools.es may be unable to provide the service.
