1. Estimates and quotations

The online calculator produces an indicative estimate from information supplied by the customer. It is not a binding quotation. The final specification and price are confirmed only after the technical inspection, measurement verification and written acceptance by JustPools.es and the customer.

2. Technical inspection

A €100 technical-inspection charge applies unless a written quotation states otherwise. The inspection checks dimensions, shape, steps, ladders, coping, fixing points, access and installation conditions. The fee covers the inspection service and does not guarantee that every proposed cover will be technically suitable.

3. Prices and payment

Final quotations identify the cover, accessories, installation, applicable taxes, payment stages and validity period. An order is accepted when the customer approves the final quotation and the required deposit or payment has cleared. Work outside the confirmed specification requires written agreement and may carry an additional charge.

4. Bespoke manufacture and cancellation

Pool covers are normally made to the customer’s confirmed dimensions and specification. Once bespoke manufacture has started, cancellation or statutory withdrawal rights may be restricted where the legal exception for personalised goods applies. Any cancellation request should be made immediately. This clause does not remove rights that Spanish consumer law makes mandatory.

5. Delivery

The normal customer-facing estimate is approximately two weeks from approval of final measurements and receipt of the required payment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Manufacturer delays, transport disruption, weather, access problems, supply shortages and events outside reasonable control may alter the programme. JustPools.es will communicate material delays.

6. Access and installation

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access, disclose concealed services and hazards, obtain any community or owner permissions and keep the installation area clear. Installation includes the work described in the final quotation. Electrical, structural, drainage, landscaping or remedial work is excluded unless expressly included.

7. Product use, care and safety

The customer must follow the supplied operating, care and safety instructions. A cover must not be treated as a walkable platform or safety device unless the exact product is expressly sold and certified for that purpose. Children and animals must still be supervised around a pool.

8. Inspection, defects and guarantees

The customer should inspect the product after installation and report visible issues promptly. Legal guarantees and remedies under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration, abnormal weather, unsuitable water chemistry or failure to follow care instructions may fall outside the guarantee.

9. Complaints and disputes

Please send complaints to info@justpools.es with the quotation reference and supporting photographs. The parties should first try to resolve the matter directly. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection available to the customer.
